Cliff Bleszinski praises waggle; is his hardcore card revoked?

No! But does Mr. Bleszinsky really believe in what he is saying or he is laying a groundwork, of “Man, Xbox 360 controller looks like a space ship. Wii controller did it better”, only to have a week later have a new Xbox 360 motion controller and be like, “Yay! Microsoft no longer has alien space ship controller!” Cynicism is always healthy, but I find myself believing the former. In one week, we will see.

  1. From Epic? After this?: http://kotaku.com/5022821/epic-still-not-interested-in-making-wii-games

I’m with you Malstrom. It’s gonna be the first time I’ll watch Microsoft press conference T_T

  2. Lol, remind me of Blizzards’s comment on Diablo 3: “the game will be playable with the mouse only”. The PC is the platform who has the most “buttons” yet Blizzard decided they were not needed. Man, Nintendo is making a huge impact on the gaming industry.

  3. @Vince: Blizzard was always this way. The Games were very easy to learn and for those who wanted more depth there were things like hotbuttons etc…

  4. @Vince20100: you’re misjudging Nintendo’s impact on Blizzard.

Ever since Warcraft (RTS, not WoW), if I’m not mistaken, Blizzard and Nintendo share a lot in terms of philosophy, that’s why Blizzard is still so successful on the PC while others don’t nearly sell as much.

  5. Blizzard always has their ways. Nintendo has their ways too. Both were always User-Focused Companies. That why they are still here today ^^!

(I love Blizzard when they said that Diablo III will run in every machine possible. And then the hardcore never understands that means “No matter if you have a non-gamer/crap computer! ^^!”)

  6. It’s pretty obvious that he’s setting up the MS announcement.
    What a loser.

  7. Cof, Cof Cof…
