The Social Gaming has hit its peak
Take a look at this email:
It is funny because it was one of the rare “non industry people” that spoke in the conferences. Their external view show the extent of the ridicule of this direction …
What if you could play the game hooked into your refrigerator … just kindding we are just doing a game …
Comedy is only funny when it contains truth. The Southpark makers’ jokes were funny because they were true. People are sick of this ‘connect to your smartphone, connect to your tablet, etc. etc.’. People just want a game.
A year or two ago, such a joke would not fly. Today, it does fly because we’re at the peak of the Social Gaming cycle. From here on, it is decline.
The first game console to run away from social gaming is going to be the next huge best seller. I want to buy that game console if anyone makes it.
