Those are my impressions as well from the ‘Game Industry’. Many game developers get stuck with idiot bosses.
When I first saw the credits of Diablo 3, I knew there was massive amount of bloat. Look at how many people are involved in this game! The credits go on forever!
Now here are the credits from The Legend of Zelda:
Come to think of it, Miyamoto recently said that a problem with hiring new people is that he wants to find people good at ‘working in groups’ and not be that lone achiever. Why is that bad? How large are the teams with Nintendo’s new games? I KNOW there are more people making Aonuma Zelda than what was needed with Classic Zelda.
