If you mean what I think you mean, then perhaps you should investigate how a (quality) visual novel works, in particular the branching paths & timelines. I don’t mean for you to post this email on your blog due to its super-short length, but it may be something useful for reference.
As someone who bought CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE books when they were brand new, this is absolutely not what I mean.
