You mentioned in an earlier post how your dream console would enable something like recording and streaming/uploading videos of gaming directly from the console without needing anything from 3rd parties.
That would be very nice, indeed.
When, in that post, you wrote “We could be watching someone’s strategy video, or someone’s silly video.”, I just remembered a series of Youtube videos showing some guy completely breaking the original Game Boy version of Link’s Awakening through the old map screen teleport glitch. I just thought you might find it rather entertaining, so here is the first video:

If lowering the barrier of entry into the world of sharing gameplay footage and commentary results in more videos like these, I’m all for it. Too bad Nintendo still seems to “get” Internet and gaming about as well as your average non-gamer did around 1996.
The game consoles’ internet strategy is to rubber stamp social media and message forums inside game consoles and call it a day. Despicable in its laziness.
