Email: Witcher, its a good RPG game

You asked for a review about the Wtichers games, i played both and as a fun of RPG games I can say both are good games. I saw people complained about the end beeing fixed but what RPG game the end wasn´t fixed?

 

Good rpgs make us feel that we choose our final and the choices we made have some meaning. But all games have fixe dending and it´s the journey (the content) that makes ones good and other bad games.

 

My thought is that witcher games are the Best RPG games since bioware games (the only company that still makes rpg games).

 

Of course there is some cinematics in the second  game and in the first there was wall of text. I dont mind cinematic IF they have a meaning and was not showed for the purpose of showing how amazing my game is. So was the other email you received the sex scene was pointless but well that not a huge mistake.

 

The Best part of the witcher games are the content, the world where the game is based. Because it´s similar to our real world where you dont have the good and evil clear in our mind. It´s based in your moral choice to choose one action instead of another. Because you can see flaw (evil) in all NPC and quest.

 

This “dark fantasy” as the genre is beeing called is a good game thera are minor flaws as other had told you but definitly is a game you can enjoy, specially on sale. I still like the classical RPG where you care the good guy fighting the evil to save the world (i Love dragon quest series because of that)

 

And i thought some people dont getting something in the witcher that´s is crucial, the main characther of the game Geralt of Rivia is not a hero. If you can classify him He is a mercenary. The witcher job is to kill monster that kill humans for a price but not every mosnter Just  monster that didn´t kill people.

 

So the witcher are neutral about everything, they Just dont care and want to do their job. That leads to the path you must choose in the game, you may choose to help the humans, help the rebellion or stay neutral.

 

This affect the journey in the first and second game. In the second you go to a new city depends on this choice so you have different kind of quest and history based on that.

 

The second game have better graphics, sounds, gameplay but i prefer the story of the first but the second is a great sequence and i am waiting for the 3ºgame of the series.

 

and as i said of course there are more cinematics but i think they help you get in the mood of the game and story and be in your way or just showing off

 

And IF you want to feel the world where the witcher is based there was a TV series (13 episodes IF i AM not mistaken) made in polony about the book. The game and the TV series are similar based and you can feel the game in the TV series and vice versa (i watched after playing the second one).

The series tell more about the past of Geralt and why He is different from the other witchers. Off course the special effects are not great. If i AM not wrong the series was made in the 90s and in polony.

 

But I enjoyed a lot and maybe Will increase you joy in playing the game
