Resident Evil The Mercenaries 3D has only one save file.  And you can’t delete it.  People are pissed.

The game is already getting hammered on Amazon, bringing the average rating way down:

And now it seems EB Games in Australia is pulling the game from shelves because how can it have an effective return policy when the data can’t be deleted?:

On top of this, Capcom is coming out and saying that this feature wasn’t added to limit used game sales, but if you check the comment section on that article, gamers are saying, “Bullshit!”

Nothing makes me smile more when gamers shove this back at these companies. People ask, “What caused the Atari crash?” It was because gamers wouldn’t put up with garbage. You would think the destruction of Atari would have been the signal to every game company forward not to mess with gamers. But it appears this is a lesson that must be retaught again and again.
