Email: Guess how much Other M is now worth used

I went into Gamestop this Friday to pick up Xenoblade*, and I looked around seeing if there was anything else, and I saw Metroid Other M for $8.99**. Less than two years, and it’s fall that far.

 

Now Metroid Prime 3 was $7.99, but that was around far longer, and until at least a few months ago it was in the $20-$15 range. Even the Lego tie-in games help up their used prices better. Shows how much the market values what amounts to a sub-par fanfic (some fans even accuse Adam of being a “Mary Sue”), with a sub-par shooter sandwiched in.

 

* Which incidentally is my second every first-day gaming purchase. The first was Super Mario 25th Anniversary, and both because they were limited releases, and I knew that prices would only go up.

 

** Heck, I might consider possibly picking it up if it falls below $5.$5!? Even that is too much because…

(an entire year since Metroid Prime 3. But Sakamoto doesn’t consider Metroid Prime games to be Metroid games. He must be referring to Super Metroid.)
