You know Malstrom, about the imaginary consoles, I gotta say, they’re
probably just like we’re imagining. Nintendo is not on the graphical
race, so Wii U will probably be less potent than the next consoles.
They think they can get away with this again, since it worked on the
Wii.
Wii U is pretty much a Dreamcast 2, as they’re advertising superior
versions of Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 games, like the original
Dreamcast did with PlayStation One and Nintendo 64 games, but then it
had no way to compete with the PlayStation 2, GameCube and Xbox.
I understand what you’re saying, that a new kind of generation is
about to begin, but that only means things like Microsoft or Sony
putting tablets or Kinect on the box, they do believe they can create
frankensteins that appeal to the hardcore audience and “casuals”, and
PCs have been around long enough for them to be able to create a
powerful next-gen console.
