Email: PC games everyone should play

Dear Malstrom,

 

You recently showed us a list of PC games that everyone should play.  I can say I was a PC gamer during this era, and I’ve played at most 20% of those games, so I have quite a few to check out.  But what I really wanted to know was what are the 5 PC games that you keep coming back to and why.  I would bet a Civilization game is somewhere in that list, because I myself am surprised how much replay value I get from one of those games.I suppose I should stop replying to emails for a while and get done with it.

Here’s the issue: how do I communicate the games in such a way to suck in new players? How do I get people excited to try out games that are over a decade old?

It’s going to be a challenge.
