Obviously, we’ll know for sure once NPD numbers are out. Hardly anything else has generated any interest whatsoever, though. Well, except Nintendo Land, of course, which will go down in history as the greatest game of all time. People just love Miyamoto’s “Theme park for four-year-olds” concept!
I never said they’re not selling. They’re not selling to what the Industry thought they would be.
How do I know this? Because people inside the Game Industry are saying this. This is why you don’t listen to what you read in this nerd websites who reprint PR as news stories.
The Game Industry is down 11% yet that month had a new Halo and a new Call of Duty game be released? This is not what anyone expected.
As for Nintendo Land, it is too early to tell. Most of those Wii Us sold in NPD were deluxe versions and included Nintendo Land as I understand.
