http://www.gonintendo.com/?mode=viewstory&id=193435 Seriously I own this on Wii this should be a free download for 3DS owners instead of releasing the NES Original Mario Bros they should have brought out the Super Mario Bros Deluxe from gameboy color! That added a map screen and some other cool enhancements to the original Mario Brothers. Instead the NES version is on 3ds for five bucks :(
I’m at the point of being so disgusted with Nintendo’s behavior to say just go get the original roms. If you bought the game, technically, you do own it. There is nothing in American law, at least, saying you can be punished for how you utilize a game you do own. I’d love to see a jury or judge convict someone of “pirating” a game they already bought multiple times. To my knowledge, it hasn’t happened yet. I don’t think anyone has the balls to try to convict in such a situation, not even Hollywood.
