WiiU players on the Super Metroid release are stuck at a bomb wall.

 

But since this article was written by a hardcore gamer, the knee jerk reaction is to blame Call of Duty. That is bullshit. This problem began when tutorials started to be added to every game, and spend as much time as possible spelling everything out (although would often leave out some of the most helpful things, like how the new driving in Grand Theft Auto IV works).

 

This is the result of making every game a dumbed down PC game.I think this is the result of making it easy to post images and share them via consoles. People ran into barriers all the time in old video games. However, they didn’t have the Internet to show off every barrier. I expect to see this with PS4 games as well with the easy sharing function.

I tried to get my nephews to play Super Metroid and they couldn’t even get past the space station.
