Tanabe is actually considering to have Retro Studios(!!) make another Tingle game. Why? Because if you don’t like Tingle, you simply haven’t understood him. So, they will keep making more Tingle until everybody likes him and he gets his own statue at E3…. Ahahahahaaa, ahahahahhaaaaa…. Sorry, I’m losing my mind here. This is getting too crazy.

“I know how hated the character of Tingle is in the U.S,” Tanabe started. “I know that people cannot stand Tingle. But to me that challenge is: Could I take this character that is so reviled in the West and just [do] a complete turnaround and make him a beloved, fun character?”
This is IN YOUR FACE Nintendo. “You don’t like Tingle? IN YOUR FACE!” Is it appropriate for an entertainment company to keep doing things that people hate? Are we consumers or are we objects to be manipulated?
With statements like this, even the traditional Nintendo fan is going to wish for Nintendo’s destruction.
