Skyler actress can’t figure out why people hate her

So the Breaking Bad actress wrote an editorial in the New York Times declaring that those who hate her are committing misogyny against women. I’ve never thought of the actress but after reading her op-ed, I now hate Anna Gunn.

Why do people dislike Skyler? Oh, I don’t know. Could it be that…

She is the ‘ball-buster’ wife who demands absolute control of the household?

She does the ‘talking pillow’ routine where you must have the ‘talking pillow’ in order to express your thoughts but if you don’t express thoughts she doesn’t want Walter to hear, as Hank and Marie did, she gets all angry because the ‘talking pillow’ is about manipulation, not talking?

She divorces Walt?

She commits adultery on Walt?

She committed fraud as a bookkeeper to save her boss, whom she was sleeping with, from the IRS?

She gave nearly a million dollars of Walt’s hard earned money (and it WAS hard earned) to her boss/ guy she was sleeping with?

She intentionally tries to drown herself?

She tries to keep Walt away from the kids?

She is more proud to be Hank’s sister instead of Walter’s wife?

She insists on buying a car wash and rejects all alternatives her husband and her lawyer give her?

She won’t let Junior have the cool car?

She is a business shark?

She is extremely manipulative and the most Machiavellian character in the series? (Walter lies to protect his family. Skyler manipulates and lies so she can buy a car wash and spend Walter’s money.)

She doesn’t do anything fun? Seriously, what does she do for fun? Hank collects minerals. Marie ‘shops’. Skyler has no life.

Skyler is every man’s nightmare of a wife. Who would want to be married to that monster?

Now people will hate the actress because she wrote garbage in the New York Times trying to take people’s negative reaction to her character to be translated to as misogyny. No, we can’t just watch a fun TV show. EVERYTHING must be politicized. God, I hate people like these actresses. Lady Macbeth is a ‘strong’ woman too, but everyone still hates her. And we’ve been hating Lady Macbeth for nearly four hundred years. Anna Gunn needs to get over herself.
