Funny how they keep the screwing part a secret until a month before the game releases

Princessa Hilda? Lorule? No thanks

Wow. The trailer makes me want to RUN AWAY from the game. I thought it was all pretty lame until I saw ‘Lorule’ and fell out of my chair laughing. This clearly must have been Aonuma’s idea.

Have you noticed that Nintendo has said that the ‘being a painting on the wall’ was some ‘young staffer’s idea? They said the same thing about the Wii Remote. What I don’t understand is why not identify such a person? Give them the credit that is due. I suspect that it isn’t a ‘young staffer’ but the director not wanting to say it was his idea in case it fails.

I would love to know who came up with Lorule. It is just so terrible.

I remember a decade ago, people used to criticize games like Zelda by saying they relied on tapping into people’s nostalgia and can’t do anything new. Have you noticed that, recently in the last few years, no one says that anymore? The reason why they don’t say that is because that is exactly what is being done. This Zelda game is not a Zelda game. Aonuma has destroyed the Zelda franchise so this is another attempt to place Aonuma’s crap into a nostalgia stuffing.

Nintendo knows we want Zelda to be like Link to the Past. Instead of giving us that, they are using Link to the Past sounds, images, format, and music to perfume Aonuma’s shit. Nintendo wants to believe that the Zelda franchise is destroyed only because it has gotten ‘too complicated’. “Why is the beginning of classic Zelda fun?” Nintendo asks. The answer is because the entire game is fun. “But Aonuma Zelda is fun at the end.” This is only because the torture is about ended for the player. Aonuma and the Zelda team have no talent at game design. All they offer is ‘puzzles’ and crappy characters with equally crappy dialogue.

Retro should have made a spiritual sequel to Link to the Past. Or even Next Level Games. I bet the developers there are even FANS of Classic Zelda unlike Aonuma who despises Classic Zelda.

Lorule should be the name for the world for every Aonuma Zelda. This is making the CD-i Zelda games look good.
