Is perfect for virtual console cuz of perfect d pad placement and good D pad. Remember the game that tested the Wii u final configuration was the original Mario Bros Arcade (now on switch). Info on Iwata Asks maybe? I dont think was the case with switch placements and pads.
Switch has the worst D pad in the entire line-up of Nintendo consoles, both handheld and home console. Terrible! And the thing is that Nintendo doesn’t care. Nintendo got rid of the D pad on the Gamecube controller until third parties objected.
